The ESL announced today, live on ESL TV, the group drawings for the ESL Extreme Masters Finals. The finals will take place in Hanover, Germany, at the CeBIT computer expo between March 6th-9th.
The finals consists of two stages. The group stage, from where the top two competitors will advance to the second to stage two which is double elimination brackets. The first place contender from each group will qualify automatically while the second and third place competitors will play one another to determine who advances.
The groups are as follows,

Group A:

Counter-Strike
Group A:

Group B:

Top player in each group goes to the semis while 2/3 play off again 3/2.
Hot could cause more upsets like he did last year at SEC / EM.
Satiini will likely not be able to make lan and will be replaced by Ciara, further helping Hot.
Hasuobs could cause some real upsets as if he can beat either Grubby or Lyn this could be enough to knock one of them out.
Group 2 should be predictable however with Tod / Lucifer qualifying and whoever else manages this being knocked out by the superior player in Group A.
