Chester King has a 28 year career in healthcare, sport and since 2015 in esports. In 2016 Chester founded the British Esports Federation, the national body for esports in the UK. In 2019 Chester created the London Royal Ravens, the UK’s Call of Duty League franchise, with ReKTGlobal  and is a co-owner. Chester was appointed a member of the International Olympic Committee’s ‘Esports and Gaming Liaison Group’ in April 2019.

Chester was appointed a member of the board of the Global Esports Federation in 2019 where he is as a Vice President. In January 2021 he was appointed Co-Chair of the Technical, Standards and Properties Commission with Mars Hou, Head of Esports for Tencent.

In August 2020 he was appointed as a Trade Advisor Group member for the UK Government’s Department of International Trade.

Dave has more than 20 years background in professional services and corporate finance.  As an entrepreneur he has been involved in or launched numerous businesses in education, technology and esports, latterly those businesses have included the London Royal Ravens (a global franchise in Call of Duty), Williams Resolve (a partnership between Williams Racing and Resolve in esports) and Esports Global (an investment and advisory vehicle for esports investments) where he is the Chief Executive Officer.

Dave has worked within the esports sector for the last 5 years on numerous key projects including a global technology platform to protect gamers online with IBM, The National Esports Performance Campus opening in the UK in 2022, the Global Esports Games series and was a key member of the British Esports and Home Nations setup for the Commonwealth Esports Championship in Birmingham 2022. Dave is currently the Chief Operating Officer of the British Esports Federation.

David is a commercial consultant by background, having advised dozens of multinational brands on key strategic investment decisions across various sectors. He specialises in the entertainment industry, working with some of the largest global brands. He has advised brands, governments, and non-endemic businesses on how to successfully enter the esports market.

His published work around commercially valuing the sector is used by brokerages in the industry. He has also successfully raised significant capital for esports companies previously. David has worked with two of the largest global video game publishers on their events (esports and game launches); the largest music label group in the world; and has worked in the gambling sector. This combined breadth and depth of experience provides the foundation of the expertise you will have access to.

Ben has over 30 years’ experience in financial services. As a Managing Director at UBS, Ben helped build the emerging markets division as well as the global technology research and distribution platform at the bank. He then spent 5 years on the board of Renaissance Capital helping to build its international business and founded an internal global emerging markets multi-asset hedge fund. In 2009 Ben joined a $1bn family office. He served as chief investment officer and chaired its investment committee. The family office became a multi-investment platform focusing on public as well as direct private investment.

Ben founded and ran a global long/short equities hedge fund and has advised family offices on their global asset allocation and investment activities. In his current role, Ben is the Chief Investment Officer at the Investment Adviser and IGM. He has a degree in Economics and Economic History and a postgraduate diploma in Computer Science.

Latimer is a 4th generation family office member and marketing professional. After studying at Stowe and then Millfield he studied at Regents University in London before joining the family office. Latimer has operated in senior roles across different areas of the business including healthcare, hospitality and esports. Latimer currently leads the property portfolio for the family including commercial and retail properties across the UK.

Latimer has built a significant investment network and regularly attends meetings and events with UHNW, family offices and private equity, this network we believe puts Latimer in an incredible space to raise capital across all portfolios he represents.

Ethan graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He has been working as an analyst in the British Esports Sector since 2022. Prior, he worked for the Henyep Group based in Hong Kong at their stock brokerage business; Henyep Securities Limited and their Crypto business; Q9 Capital.

Ethan has had charity fundraising experience where he organized a skydiving event and raised over 100,000 HKD at the age of 18 for Operation Smile, a nonprofit medical service organization that specializes in repairing cleft lip palates. He has built an investment network in Asia and hopes to raise capital for the Esports Global Fund to help further grow the Esports sector.

Susanne Chishti is the CEO of FINTECH Circle, Europe’s 1st Investor Network focused on fintech investments and a leading fintech innovation, learning and communications platform. After completing her MBA she started her career working for a fintech company (before the term “fintech” was being invented) in the Silicon Valley 25 years ago. She then worked more than 15 years’ across Deutsche Bank, Lloyds Banking Group, Morgan Stanley and Accenture in London and Hong Kong.

Dr. Moore is a quadruple board certified physician and has been a team physician for professional sports and esports teams for over a decade. She has become the international thought leader on health and wellness for gamers and esports athletes.

Dr. Moore has been innovative and instrumental in introducing the new subspecialty of Esports Medicine and is an editor for the Handbook of Esports Medicine – the first documented textbook to be published on this field of study.

She is simultaneously honoured and humbled to be an active Board Member, Vice President of the Pan Am Esports Development Federation and Chair of the Global Esports Federation’s distinguished Health and Wellness Commission. Dr. Moore is also the CEO/Founder of Sports and Moore, a medical technology company utilizing innovation and transformation for patient focused outcomes.

Mark “Garvey” Candella is Chief Strategy Officer for Acadarena, a global company focused on scholastic esports and gaming culture.

Prior to that Garvey spent 8.5 years as a Director in the Partnerships department at Twitch.tv where he led global initiatives such as international expansion, strategic partnerships and the founding of the Twitch Student Program. From humble beginnings as a competitive Magic the Gathering player in 1994 and an avid pen and paper role player prior to that he has been involved in the gaming and esports industry ever since.
